the premium publisher account depends not only from alexa ranking. it can be, that the webmaster has a much better site with greater alexa ranking, so he can add his ads on other pages too.

Sure premium publisher! It's a long way until you rich that! Or maybe they are cheating! As a premium publisher you can also have more ads on the Website! Is anybody who now exactly how to get there??? What are the conditions?

 

which mean there has 2 type of permium publisher , one is custom google adsense where we still can see ads by google another one is we cant see ads by google word like this http://cplus.about.com/od/introductiontoprogramming/a/aboutc.htm
