Anyone know if this guy has a shot at getting reinstated as a publisher?

    One of my friends had his adsense account disabled a couple of years ago for disclosing his earnings. This doesn't sound like too much of an offense to me. Do any of you know if this guy has a shot at getting his account reinstated? If you think he does, do you know how he should go about asking for his account back?

    Appeal and see what happens. Chance are less that they would accept but there's no harm in trying.

    even if you appeal and give them all the info they need, they will give you a vague answer and tell you that you are not elligible to adsense without any further explanations
