    Building the site would be ok, keeping ahead of the data entry would be a full time job!

    You can use that site to grab data (futhead.com) , what you have to do is screen scrape all of that data then show on your custom made script.There is no need to insert all of that data into a database.Most probably they also using a paid source to get those information.
