For my affiliate program I can get a basic text link which would make a link like this GREEN TEA green tea being the anchor text of the program or site name. I know how to edit this anchor text, no problem I want to know how to change the link so it will go to any page on the affiliate site I want it to. There are no advanced options for this merchants links.

My affiliate program is a game and there is a lot of good information on the site about how to play the game. It is a sim and the site has a ton of info on playing, tactic, techniques and tips. I could take the stuff off that site and put it on mine but it would take forever and I don't know if taking it and posting it on my site is a good idea.

You'll need to contact the affiliate manager for the program you are promoting. Many of them do not allow redirects or "deep linking". When you start editing CJ code on your own you take the risk of not being tracked and/or not being paid.

Simple html will work on most of the code, but you might not get paid.

If the affiliate has any products, click the product link, and find a product.

You should get a link basically something like http://kxkydlc.net/34234?$url=http://productpage.com

Look for a "$url" or "url" or maybe "&url", I can't remember right now. You'll know it when you see it. There will be a url after it, so just change it to whatever you want. You're not going to get in trouble for this, lots of people do it.

If you want to modify any link or attribute or link and code . I recommend you should contact your ad manager to do it if they allow or not. Don't do it by yourself ( sometime can void your payment and hold , to explain your code ... , i got this before )
