Anyone know how to contact Dreamhost support?

    I have tried to contact dreamhost through their support interface for a couple days not but all I get is this

    I let that thing run for a few hours once and still nothing.

    I have sites down and would really like to know why.

    Is there another way to contact support?

    Only the first link gets you in contact with support and it leads to the dead end picture i posted above.

    Anyone else?

    Sory mate thats all the links i could find on there site!

    Dream host has alot of un-happy clients recently due to downtime.
    I would move to new host

    They don't even have discussion/community forums!
    It's rather surprising.
    If you search for it, it takes you to some other site dreamhosters.

    Looks strange that you could not contact dreamhost even through the webpanel.
