Anyone know how to contact DirectoryCritic?

Hello,
I got an error on this page : http://www.directorycritic.com/viewdetails/1046015-sbclansite-com.html , it says directory is paid but it is not paid directory, has been free for over a year now i think, i tried their contact form but still no changes done to the category, anyone know any email id they can be contacted about correcting the issue?

I usually use this form and I get a reply within one day

 

Like i said i used that like 3 times now and for some reason they are not correcting the category for the directory.

 

BTW: sbclansite.com is down for me. I got this message -
"Sorry / does not exist. Check http:// www . sbclansite . com 403 (none)"

 

Try proxy and you will notice its not down.

Go to where your dir is listed and send a report using- Other. Specify:.
May be they will notice

Responses are usually very, very quick!!!

 

Not for me though .

And ip block is blocked not just one ip, say for example china, japan is blocked .

Ok guys thanks a lot can someone suggest me something different than using contact form ? Those suggesting the same probably did not read my post properly where i mention i have used their contact form many times.

Did you understand what i said ? I guess not, if you want to see that site is online, try proxy what part did you not understand or i did not make clear ?
