I dont think it is possible. even if possible, it is illegal to hold that domain...i think so. someone correct me, if i am wrong.
The OP wants links, not domains. .gov links are difficult to come by. You site will need to be very high quality, non-commercial, and well sourced (i.e. supply references for your information). If you think you meet that criteria, then you can contact the webmaster directly. what has worked for me is to find a page that has links to other sites. Inevitably one or more of those links is dead or now points to a totally off topic site. Let the webmaster know of the dead links, and nicely offer your site as an alternative resource. Success rate is low, but the rewards can be high.
i aslo want to know ,gov links weighs a lot but i think that's almost impossible for a commerical or individual site
Willy has a great idea there. I wonder if you could buy the domain of the "dead" link and then have it redirect to your site or something like that. I'd use something like MarketSamurai to spy on your competition AND if they have .gov links then you might want to go after one, BUT if they don't and they are ranking well then you know you can get there witout the use of .gov links. So you'll save yourself a lot of time in the long run.
if you want to know .edu and .gov links, always look out for people when they say "i just got a PR5 or a PR6" - get their domains and analyse their backlinks. You will soon find out how they got it.It might because of a blog comment on a high PR edu.Use the same strategy
well. it is such a difficult question. in some country there is forum for people to chat about their government. you can put it there
