Someone has pushed us towards Direct Agents from New York City. I thought this company managed marketing activities in house, e.g. its own mail list marketing, sms, etc. but they seem to outsource to third parties. Has anyone heard of these guys? Used them? Recommend or warn? I'm not sure what added value they really provide except to hook you up with people that a little research would yield you finding them directly. Can't find any information about anyone using them or even discussing them online, which is unusual. Looking for opinions, all appreciated.
