Anyone know anything about VTarget.com Network?

    So I have been promoting their Campaigns for the past 3 months. I have not see any payment send to me yet, anyone running that Network also? It is a scam?

    they're net60. I just want to test them out. Net60 appears to be up; so that's why I have to ask around before I lose more money. :)
