Could bbpress be customized in design to look exactly like a vbulletin forum would? For example, would someone be able to design and code a bbpress forum to look exactly like this... http://vbskinworks.com/forum/index.php?styleid=243 and if so, what would you think it would cost?
I have worked with BBPress before and I seriously don't like it. I would try something like PunBB for a forum. Also I could design a theme for you for ether one but I am not a coder. So you would have to look for a coder for the .PSD design.
Why don't you like it? The problem for me, is mainly integration. Since I'm already using Wordpress, I figured bbpress could easily be setup with the backend of Wordpress, and the usernames/passwords for users could easily be integrated. Especially making it easier when Wordpress releases a new version, and vice versa. Would all this be as easy with Vbulletin?
