Drink a lot of water. That helps. That even helps when they would test you for THC substances. Water helps
I use the Quick Cleanse Kit from Zand once a month. Seven day cycle. I've been using it for about a year.
Some say water but I say black coffee and a smoke. I find that I have to take a wicked #2 after I have completed the coffee/smoke procedure and then feel much better.
Steam room helps too. After a rough nite of abusing my body, I run on the treadmill a bit and then sit in the steam room for about 20 minutes.
Fasting. Or Master Cleanse. I had good experience with the latter. You can pick up 'Master Cleanser' book or read here - http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=478 That's the method Robin Quivers, Howard Stern's sidekick used
Fasting indeed... It's the only way I found after studying a hand ful of options. It's the only way the body gets time to heal itself and dump all the crap accumulated over the years. In combination with colonic cleansing it will get rid of anything. Almost.
I hope this helps, it is a detox treatment that was supplied in my course work when I was studying nutrition. I have actually done this for a couple of weeks, it is hard to keep to but good. One thing, psyllium husks is great at cleaning the colon but take it as a capsule not powder, it taste disgusting. Good luck
Water is a good way to dilute the body of toxins and keep it hydrated, which is the most important affect it has. As for ridding the body of THC? Does not happen. That can be found in your hair for up to 3 years. Utimately it takes a lot more than water. Fruits and vegitables and a good diet is the best way towards detoxification.
Water: 250 oz. per day min. - I walk around the house and sit at desk with a CamelBak Hydration Pack - It's amazing how much water you will drink if you just have it available like that.. Also - Get a filter that fits on your kitchen faucet so you can actually drink the stuff that comes out of the pipes without getting sick - (The filter will get rid of all the chemicals that they put in it) Eat only: Turkey (Dark Meat Pref) -Oven Roasted - the dark meat is good for endurance. Broccoli (Raw Pref) - Well - wash it first! - If not used to it - lightly steam it - but keep it crunchy - Raw = Good / Cooked = Bad (loses nutritional value) This is what the serious athletes eat while training (not all - but some) race ... or weight competition.. Power walk 3 miles per day (before the sun comes up) at least 12 minute miles (if just starting out this will be a goal unless you are in great shape already) . Six days a week.. Ipod Nano is essential here I also take juice plus vitamins (2 fruit caps and 2 vegetable caps per day) Hope this helps -- It does it for me.. Source - Personal Trainer
And if you do follow the advise of water, make sure yuo drink H2O, not water + more toxins, like the shit coming form your tap. Get a good RO/DI unit to take out the shite.
