There is a lot of good web hosts.
But who the best suits you, we cannot tell you exactly.

Nowadays, most of the hosts have "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" for 1st month of services, so you have nothing to lose if you search around and try some new host.

What requirements do you have? I've been most happy with HostGator through the years.

It just really depends what you want in hosting, and what you define as "good/best" something that you may consider the best maybe garbage to you, What exactly are you looking for, what's your budget and what kinda specs do you want and what location do you want, I'm assuming you want shared hosting?

I would stay away from hosts offering "unlimited" as there is no such thing as unlimited, everything has limits, you will run into problems ever considering these type of hosts, just a note, you don't have to take my consideration with a grain of salt.

You need to be sure that your website is uploaded through secure servers using the latest Operating System. Most web hosts run on a UNIX based operating system, usually Linux or BSD.
