Skype use to let you call landlines for free for awhile but they started charging, but does anyone know of a UK based one that offers this? im trying to get in touch with moneybookers because i sent in ID verify about 5-6 days ago and they still haven't responded, i need to know if they even got it yet or whats going on and the rates to call there are 25p(dunno what p is) per min. and i dont want to be on hold for an hour... or if anyone has any phone service phone cards or something. anything really, i need to make a call to the UK from USA.
anyone? UK people know of anything like skype over there thats local? so i can download and call local numbers
