    Really, for adult related content, adult friend finder seems to be really popular. I've heard it converts extraordinarily well too. PeakClick also does, but unless you're an MFA site, or can pull the user's query and plug it into their feed, you won't make much.
    Oh yeah and you have to be able to get about 500 clicks/day. If you can exceed that, it pays well, and really does not ban. Like ever.
