Anyone know a good traffic trading/top referrer script?

I am looking for a top referrer/click through tracker/traffic trading script. You can see it @ nothingtoxic.com or videospud.com and plenty of similar sites (top referrers).

In theory, it should record who is sending you the most clicks, send them back in some ratio after putting them in a link list on some page.

I am not sure if I was searching with the wrong keywords or what, but I couldnt find any scripts that do what.

Anyone here uses something like this or knows where to get that script?

I am not sure what you are referring as "not for cPanel".
