    I suggest not using traffic exchanges because those sites hardly ever get you good visits (just other webmasters who want credits for their site) and they will just eat up bandwidth. Also, google doesn't like them and it is against the adsense t.o.s. too.

    Yea traffic exchanges are just a waste of time IMHO.

    I agree not to use any traffics exchange (I used before, and csnnot turn these traffic to cash!) You better use the Link EXchange I suggest.
