    I have a tech blog (Pretty new, only 6 articles there). It has the following features

    1. Niche tech blog. not a very narrow niche. Not general tech anyway
    2. Unique design coded for 500$
    3. Unique Logo
    4. Hosting for 5 months with unique IP.

    If you are interested do get back to me. I am thinking about the pricing. This is not for people interested in making quick money. If I dont find buyers that is fine, but let me be upfront

    1. This is not something that will make you rick over night.
    2. if you have a passion for business and technology then this is for you.
