    This may be true for a lot of people, but it is possible he may find someone who would be interested in a partnership/profit share. I know not everyone likes doing this, but I have worked with many people in the past on this level and it worked out quite well.

    ideally looking for someone who knows good ways to increase conversions for volume traffic

    and is willing to put the work in for a project that lasts from June 11 to July 11 with possibility of carrying it on afterwords

    Would require content creation ie writing posts on the world cup

    seo, backlinking etc etc
