anyone interested in a new e-commerce venture?

I have a new idea about making things easy for e-commerce, online selling and buying. Its a payment system idea, which is unique (as far as i know) and promising. The mission of my system is to protect both buyers and sellers from fraud activity and provide a cost effective payment solution at the same time.

Credit card fraud is a serious problem in todays e-businesses, and most of the systems that are in place to protect card holders/businesses today are not really effective or sufficient. We mean it to prevent fraud %99.99, and maybe become the next PayPal of future with our unique concept. (this is no clone)

About me; i am a web entrepreneur. I have been developing web sites for 4 years to my clients and myself. I have skills about business development as well such as business plan and executive summary writing. Some of my prior IT/web businesses, i am still running them with profit.

What i need; i am currently living in LA/CA for educational purposes. I do not hold a citizenship or SSN. So it is not very much easy to start up a business here alone. More than that, i do not have much information about taxing and accounting system in USA. So i am looking for people who know a bit of those, and probably who already do business within some form of a corporation or llc about IT/web industries. Technical production of the idea is close to being ready and we have marketing channels to promote it. So there will only be a very minimal investment required if not, no major cash flow needed at the moment. We need experience in running a business more.

This is a really big $ opportunity if taken seriously.

Due to nature of the operation, i only need people from USA. Please pm me or write here with who you are, what you do and how are you related to this. I will require a NDA to send you the details of what we are trying to do. I wont respond to one liners requesting information.

    Thanks for reading.

You don't need to be a US citizen to open a business. And once you have a business (LLC for example) then you can open a bank account and all the other good stuff you'll need to do. Your business will be a legal entity and that's good enough to do what you need to do.

It might not be a bad idea for you to register the business yourself and then offer a percentage to different people who can take care of the different aspects of doing business... especially if you don't need a lot of cash investment.

Find a lawyer to take care of the legal aspect, accountant for tax/book keeping and a good mentor to help run the show.

For this specific business type, i want to stick with joining my forces with a local person. I have researched incorporating myself alone but it will be my last shot if i cant find someone. Thanks for the comment.
