Hey mate Im interested in this. I actually had a similar thought a few days ago and wrote a post in the General Business section but didnt get any replies. My actual idea was for a group of people to come together and make a site then either split the profits or donate the whole lot to charity, of course documenting the whole thing along the way so we can all learn. But im fully open to help/get help on these things. Its a great way to learn though this form.
I also feel lonely in moneymaking efforts.I trade forex and learned to trade very slowly because of this.
Also interested, my only problem is i am lacking funds to pursue the niches i want to crack, trying to sell my Modern Warfare 2 to fund some other idea's so will need to wait for the sale to happen before i can join you guys but really top idea. Also been thinking the same thing.
It is nice to see people replying this thread. We should establish a meet point, but where? gmail? msn? or someone has a better idea?
i also like the idea of working together... lets meet up for an idea or a reason and work towards it.

Hey I am up for anything that helps. I've been in business since -96 and have been running after and trying to figure out the web since 2000. I can tell you all the things NOT to do... Actually I have had mixed success. I am getting warmer, but people to bounce ideas off of would be great. I dont have any chat or gmail, but I do have email and would be willing to share. Can we agree that these dont go on any general mailing lists, but are used for conversations between our groups? There are some that would join just to be able to add a few names. Also, Alex, how about we work out some initial ideas about what people want from this. Try to get a focus on what people want from this and what their expectations are. Personally for me, I would like a group that shares experiences, failures and successes, so that we can all learn. For instance, I suck at internet marketing, but I know how to run a business (I think actually I can broaden that - I suck at marketing and sales). Finally, I just setup my new site CarolinaInvestor.com to test out some ideas. I have a free links page that anyone with a logon can add to. Yep im in and up for this. Maybe we should use this thread (or start another?) and have a project together. My principle areas are design, am making wordpress themes at the moment, but am open to anything. Have been a website designer for four years or so now. I think its a great idea if we all band together! Shaokan, you have my email, I guess your the one charged with bringing us all together!! haha
since not everyone has a common chat program, I suggest to open a forum just for us (a simple one) or ask for a sub forum in digital point. How it sounds? or maybe we may decide upon gmail/yahoo/msn and anyone who wants to be in will use it.
Forum works for me... We could just start in this thread and move later if necessary. I can open a private thread on one of my sites if you want that and cant get one here.
