I was in communication with a person who resells hosting through avagoo.com. We where in talks, i sent him money for hosting and for a site that resells. He no longer talks to me(2weeks) and I talked to an avagoo person through ebay. After I talked to him the entire server is no longer availble. Anyone have any suggestions or contact with this company? The person I dealt with goes by the name alan smith. Sitepoint name is alans123. Ebay name is hope.71 I need to get a refund if possible and get some hosting, as my sites are all down at the moment.

worst host ever, so bad I decided I would never resell and just get my own server. Customer service is the worst going! There isnt any..
I diagree, are you sure you werent with one of Avagoo.com's reseller, because Avagoo.com are one of the best hosting companies out there, i have been with them for over 2 years on their reseller hosting package and have had no problems at all I was a novice when i started, and couldnt believe the help they give you, i was installing scripts for my customers, and because of my experience they werent working, and i would just email support and they would advise me, and if i couldnt do it they would do it for me
No disrespect intended to the above posters but you both joined the same day and only have one post each and not posted after that! Avagoo is a awful host, they never respond to tickets and if they do its 4/5days later they respond! Servers went down for days at a time, and oversold to the max, I understand most people with servers oversell but they really take the p_s^.
I have the server up, but, yes, avagoo is a pain in the a$$ to deal with. Went with knownhost, great service, great prices.
@ dan, i only joined this forum to post on this thread as i saw your post about Avagoo.com i have nothing but praise to say about them and will not stand by and let you hurt their reputation when they have offered me a great service at a low low cost replies do not take 4-5 days, they usuallly take less than an hour, email them for yourself! and see that dan doesnt know what hes talking about ive got their email for you too support@avagoo.com i have never understood why some people feel the need to go on a forum and hurt a companies repuation
Message to Ahjen_Jr This is craig at avagoo.com again, We did ask you to send us the resellers domain that you had hosting with and you never replied. You didnt have hosting with us, you had hosting with one of our resellers that is no longer with us, so you have never dealth with us, yet you say that Avagoo.com is a pain in the a$$ to deal with?????? if you want to try our support out then please do
Craig, I don't have the resellers domain. I log in directly to avagoo. I never heard from that person after I paid them. I was suppose to have a resellers account but I never got that. I have tried your support and have never gotten anything resolved. If I can find the emails, then I will gladly forward them to you. Forums are made for people to talk about issues, problems and also benefits of all kinds of different services and companies. I started this thread because I wasn't getting any help from avagoo and wanted to get some reassurance that I wasn't doing anything wrong. Contact me and we can talk further.
