Anyone here use HostGator?

I host my websites with hostgator since three years a go. No problem so far. All running smoothly.

 

I personally really like hostgator haven't really had much trouble with them yet and their very responsive to my requests

 

I run two very consumptious magento sites on a hostgator shared server. Pretty much everyone says magento needs vps at minimal, but I am very pleased with hostgators shareds powering my two stores (see in my link).

I did have one problem where the load times on my site got extremely extremely long, and I took a huge hit in sales. I called their customer service repeatedly for a few days and they said they were working on it or saw nothing wrong. Someone advised me to upgrade to vps. I then created a support ticket, and sent an image of my google webmaster tools load times showing the huge spike, and luckily they found a problem and fixed it. Bottom line, the ticket system is more efficient then phone in very technical cases.

 

Hostgator is a very decent host.

 

Hostgator is awesome! Highly Personalised support/ incase of need they can help you to fix the bugs! i am using hostgator for more then 2 years with no problem
