i live with just my dad, parents are divorced, but i sleep in my room mst of the time, but sometimes i sleep in same bed.. not like all up on him lol but other side.. i usually watch tv in his room with him, like sports, something, law and order.. i end of falling asleep on the other side of the bed.
I haven't done that since I was in my teens and even then unless I was scared of something. I've always had my own room since I was maybe 14.
yeah, I agree, sleeping with your parents at that age seems crazy. I don't even remember sleeping with my parents at all, although I know I did when I was a baby. Im 23 now, have my own house and sleep alone (except for with the girlfriend is over). I'm in the USA, just a different culture maybe?
Their are exceptions for example if someone is sick or needs to be taken care of sleeping next to them is the best way to monitor them, also it really depends how close a family is, the problem is some people immedietly associate one thing with another when in actuality the act is very harmless. Also at the end of the day you do have to remember something which is no matter how old a person gets the comfort that you can only feel when your in a parents arms simple can't ever be matched by a husband, a wife, or even close friends. Its just as I say nothing can beat a hug from your mom or your dad and the security you feel when with them.
lkol funny question but no. I live together with my husband but when I whas living at home I didn't do it when I reached the age of 10. My mum died when I whas 3 and my dad is an alcoholic and at that time began drinking loads!
Unless it is a culture thing, it seems very weird to me for anyone other than a child to still sleep with their parents.
wow .... well i never slept with my parents ever.. coz i never even grew up with them... so sad.. sigh.. hehehehe
