Anyone here pretty good with making some flash designs?

    I already have a design but I would like someone to implement some flash properties to it, you know some eye catching stuff, I dont know if anyone can do it, but the image itself is 970x140 just looking for some eye catching stuff to be added to it.

    Just let me know if anyone can do something to it without changeing the size and all

    I just need someone to make the image i linked to up there eye catching with some flash design or something, make it move make it eye catchy something just throw some suggestions at me
