A lot of attention has been paid to getting in 10,000 steps of walking, jogging, or running a day. A 40-minute, two-mile walk will chip away half of those steps, and everyday activities can usually accumulate the other half. Great exercise!
Yes, I like both. From our busy schedule, we should have to walk on daily, 30 mins at least. And we who are working on pc continuously, we must stand out for some times within our working period; it's very important for our fitness.
I like Hill Walking in the Scottish Highlands. I am what is called a "Munro Bagger". A "Munro" is a Scottish Mountain over 3000 feet, of which there are 283. I have walked/climbed 279, which means I have 4 left to do.
