I used Cell Force for quite sometime so i wouldn't actually know if it was an allergic reaction since one would expect to have these ''allergic'' reaction very soon after taking this stuff.

And it was months later after i first started using it when these spots appeared on my body.
Ever had a sunburn? and your skin is pealing?
Well, it looked real close like that but small areas over my whole body accept my face, it scared the shit out of me.

Maybe i was allergic to it and was it a delayed reaction or it was due to the fact my energy that i normally put in was reduced and therefor the creatine was building up in my body.
    I really have no idea.

But if i ever start using a supplement again i wouldn't be using Cell Force again.

By the way, what is a creatine bloat?
Is that the feeling of being stuffed?

I didn't had that much although it does fill you up and compared to another supplement i used wayyy before that i experienced that feeling.
One shake and there is no room for anything else, it's like drinking mercury.
That stuff really put some weight in my stumic.

I am curious to find out what is the main thing my body would need to build up some more muscle since as of now i am kind of browsing some old Muscle&Fitness magazines and seeing those terms like,

    Tribulus
    Methoxy
    Ecdysterone

and it looks more like an recipe for a ecstacy pill then supplements that would do me any good.

Proteine and creatine are the main things right?

As I'm finding it difficult to find enough free time to dedicate myself to situps, etc, I was wondering if anyone has had experience with Electronic Muscle Stimulation products? Im not entirely sure if that's the general term for them, but here's a link to one that was doing the infomercial rounds recently: https://www.verimark.co.za/Default.aspx?TabID=816

As its an infomercial product I find it's claims highly dubious, but I think that the concept could work. Anyone got any further info on these things?

    lol, wait, nevermind XD

@ EDZ creatine bloat is basically the extra water that creatine makes your body hold, after awhile of use some users will bloat with extra water weight..I had this happen, stopped creatine and lost 10 pounds of water in about 2 days..

Creatine monohydrate draws in water, unfortunately not all of it gets to the muscle causing alot of water to be drawn into area where creatine is that isn't in muscle causing the bloat from what I understand. The newer forms of creatine having and 'ester' added to them do not do this. They also do not need a transport system such as the product you used in the past did 'I believe it did?'..

I should for the hell of it list my current daily supplement regiment, that however is somewhere around 60-100 pills just as soon as I wake up!
Plus protein drinks, creatine, glutamine, BCAA's, etc, etc...

Today is an off day so my quantities are down a bit...but here is what I had this morning just in pills, not including powders, etc..I also just stopped my cycle yesterday so my pill count is down a bit as well. makes mornings easier..
Some items counted as 1 I will take 2 or more on training days, but off days may go to simply 1.

    1 Multi Vitamin
    2 Thyroid Enhancers
    2 Anabal X Plus
    2 Energy/Fat Burner
    3 Nitric Oxide
    1 Inhibit E
    3 Testo Rex
    1 Hyaluronic Acid
    2 Fiber
    1 MSM
    2 Glucosamine
    1 CO Q10
    1 DHEA
    4 HMB
    2 Methoxy Isoflavone
    1 Dandelion
    2 UN Natural Sterol
    2 Cinnamon
    2 Green Tea
    1 Cranberry
    1 Milk Thistle
    2 Ginseng/Royal Jelly Complex
    1 Garlic
    1 Grape Seed Extract
1 Animal Pack which contains 11 pills by itself
    2 Saw Palmetto
    1 Chromium Picolinate
    3 CLA
    2 Flax Oil
    1 Alpha Lipoic Acid
    1 Selenium
    1 Potassium..

This is just my pre - breakfast supplements. I have more on and off during the day. Depends on the day though as like today I'm off. other days i hit the gym once, and others twice..

Monday - Friday and usually Saturday I hit the gym in the morning which then brings in my preworkout pills in the morning as well...That adds on at least 10-20 pills in most cases, plus a few other items..

Yeah they are all me..I can change how I look pretty easily. That pic is a few weeks old, now I look nothing like it and am bald!!!

Some of that stuff is kind of hardcore. Don't mess with some of those hormone type products if your 21. Anyone lifting should be good with a Creatine, Whey, Multi, and Fishoil for supplements until they get more serious.

Well the problem is that you don't stretch the muscles enough. It's like sitting in the chair and flexing the muscles.

See if are really into this body building thing, then just not rely on protien and ceratin what you need to definitaly supplement. I would suggest Endura E-pro.. this gives the max result to anyone of any age..
