    I used to play in a rock and roll band. Who the hell has time for that anymore AND earning a living? My son is carrying on my legacy though. Watch for his solo album to come out--the kid's got real talent!

    i actually don't earn anything playing in band. me and my bandmates have dayjobs and playing music is more of an outlet for our passion, so to speak. :) what kind of music does your son play? interesting for him to have a solo album. :)

    I play guitar with a group and rock out every weekend. I realized at an early age that music was something that I'd be able to enjoy my whole life. I put aside my aspirations of being a professional musician to make money.

    No regrets there as I'm still playing today.
