I'm coding one, step one is books. FREEBS - Free Book Store Back End Demo I'll have a front end demo tomorrow( haha, I think), but the backend demonstrates the potential this has and the speed at which required TOS maintenance can be done. I expect to be able to provide a datebase of any and all items ya want eventually all hosted on your site in your style/html.
Well not exactly, I expect credit in the form of one link back on the FREEBS main page if you use the finished product. If you use the code for reference, credit me with a link to me in the comments, or be very original with your code. My code will be posted soon.
have tried this in the past ... h--p://www.thinkbling.com/scripts.php unable to give your current review: been a while and there are a few out there ...
Let me know when you have the frontend up so I can check it out, noppid Visited the site you posted, antonio, but doesn't seem to be what I'm looking for
No, that scares me too! I don't have access to a windows server to test, so for now I can only say it works on my linux based server.
No problem, its the same thing with Freebie. If someone comes up with one that works with Windows Servers, I will give it a try. I will even use your Amazon id.
Well we have us a bit of a problem here, I can't test it and you want it. Can you test? I'd say you can create a database, edit the config file, and test and be done within about 5 minutes. Are you or anyone else with a windows server willing to test? A 4K record search pull takes about 10 minutes to process if sucessful. This is not a time consuming or complicated app to setup and install. Thanks
I will test it for you. PM me a link to all the instructions and I will test it today or tomorrow. I was able to setup Freebie in 5 minutes with his instructions (even though it didn't work on my Windows server) so if yours is comparable, I can do it no problem.
nopidd, isn't it possible to run it on any windows machine with easyphp ? I mean do we need a real server or a php/mysql package that runs on windows ?
i just got mr. rats amazon feed to work and i'm using an apache server. even figured out how to get co op ads on it lol the templates were very easy to modify as well
Here's a list from my bookmarks that I kept on AWS script sites: http://www.freekrai.net/article/My-Amazon-Store-Manager/ http://www.esvon.com/pg/products/p_amazon/ http://www.gmpias.com/ (in terms of features, this would be my first choice, except is for asp only from what I can see. If they had a php/mysql solution, they would be tops IMHO) http://www.thinkbling.com/scripts.php (have to change the associates id from his to yours in the source) http://www.chipdir.nl/amazon/ (Links to scripts. May be outdated.) http://www.associate-o-matic.com/ (Looks promising, but there was something about it that precluded me for trying it out. Forget off hand.) http://scripts.justwilliams.com/amazon/index.htm http://www.ghostscripter.com/amazon_shop.html (What I and some others on the forum use.) http://www.mrrat.com/aws/amazon-products-feed.html Perl AWS I wish the GMPIAS one had a php/mysql version. Theirs is ECS4 and has the ability to preclue products with no pricing. I've not seen that feature in any others.
I use Amaxoop but it's dog slow and haven't had the time to figure out why orl ook at alternatives...
