I have over 12 years of programming experience. I work a full time job but still code on the side as well. I cannot dedicate myself to huge projects, but if you need a small tweak to an existing script or a small standalone script send me a pm and I can offer my services. I charge a very low reasonable rate so if you need work done that only takes me a few minutes I may only charge $5 and most things I do code only take me that much time. I work with a lot of clients who cannot spend a lot of money on their website and I managed to convert their plain boring sites into active communities with lots of custom features.
Sorry I forgot to mention that I do not deal with design. I develop the engine that makes everything work. For example, just today I created a script to better prevent spam for one client, another client wanted a user profile page where they display youtube videos and reviews, and another client wanted to add a limit to how many free posts people can make on his site before they are prompted to pay.
