Well, I can't help you with the first, much. But I'll attempt to be unbiased. We offer a $10 minimum PayPal payout. We also offer checks, MoneyBookers and wire transfers. We run display ads on a CPM basis, with dynamic pricing. We participate in the AdECN exchange and we have a default ad option that allows you to select a minimum CPM rate, and any default ad, including other ad networks, affiliate programs, or an image with a click -through URL

We don't have 100% fill rates and eCPM's vary from publisher to publisher. However, the pass-through system eliminates any risk of trying us out and utilizing us.

ValueClick Media is a subsidiary of ValueClick. They also offer display ads and lead generation. They offer only check payments, but do accept international publishers. They do have minimum traffic requirements, which we don't impose. We both do content screenings. They are a reputable company in display advertising, as well as a public company.

    Thanks for the info.

What is the difference between content tolerance and content ratings? Does that relate to what is on my site/s or does it relate to what advertising I would allow?

Just to clarify neither of the two companies you listed are PPC companies. Although both will probably run some PPC campaigns they are primarily CPM networks.

Ad Content Tolerance is a list of ad content attributes that the publisher will or will not permit on the site. Checking a particular tolerance means that you accept that type of ad content.

Page Content Ratings list attributes that describe the website content. These ratings are used to match appropriately rated ads to the content on the site. Checking a rating means that your site contains or may contain the type of content listed.

Thanks for the explanation, slava. However, neither Freedom of Ads nor ValueClick Media's display ad unit runs PPC campaigns. ValueClick Media only runs PPC campaigns sparingly in its lead generation unit, and our publishers are paid strictly on a CPM basis, with CTR and other factors affecting eCPM's.

Ad Content Tolerances refers to the type of sensitive content in an ad that you will permit to show on your site. For example, some sites may wish to maintain a family-friendly image or do not wish to be associated with certain content types. The boxes and ratings you select will allow for the serving of those ads.

Page ratings refers to the content on your web site. Some advertisers wish not to be associated with certain content types. Please be as accurate as possible. We will review your Page Ratings settings and make adjustments if necessary. If you have any questions, please do contact us at or support.freedomofads.com. A simple PM is fine, too.

Freedomofads works like Adsdaq, asked price + pass through system.

But wow, after 1-2 days' trying i just checked my stats, my site says 4,000+ impressions yet i only see 725 registered in Freedom and out of that, 721 goes to pass-through! So only 4 impressions were counted with an eCPM of $0.22...The asked price i set is $0.1/cpm:eek:
