I've sent two emails to their customer support the past month and I haven't heard anything back. Basically, I've been wanting to know what the heck is taking them so long to finish the synchronization between expedia.com and hotels.com. Anyone got any info? Their Affiliate Control Panel has not been updated since October 2004 and their last affiliate newsletter was like in January. Very dissapointing. May switch to lodging.com soon.
I got a mail from one of the guys i interact with last week. I am getting regular emails for bookings i am making with them. So things should be all right. Rohit
