Anyone having trouble promoting on GoArticles.com/Amazines?

While I'm waiting for EZA to approve my articles, I've been submitting to secondary article databases. I've tried Searchwarp, Amazines, and Ideamarketers. A few nights ago I added goarticles to the list. My trial run was 15 articles.

From searchwarp, I got a nice clickthrough rate of about 30% resulting in about 50 views (thus far) from all the articles combined. Amazines and ideamarketers are getting hits, but nobody is clicking through. Goarticles, posted 2 days ago, have gotten nearly as many hits has searchwarp has received in 2 weeks, and I have had ZERO clickthroughs. My first instinct was, "Shit, my links are broken", but I've checked and they are not.

This is really bizarre - If it wasn't for searchwarp providing me with such an excellent and consistent amount of clickthroughs I'd be blaming my articles and resource box. I just don't understand the hot and cold reaction here based on article directory.

But the main question is did you get a sale? Ezinearticles gets you good sales.

That's not the main question. Yeah, I got a sale, but only from the directory traffic coming entirely from searchwarp.

I'm aware the EZA is the leader of article directories.

Hey buddy - My suggestion would be to wait up. I tried submitting to goarticles and articlesbase - not many views and no sales. EZA rocks. You can stock up your articles till you get plat status and they r really not that bad. they gave me plat status only after i got my first 8 articles approved. ain't that gr8 ? They r slow initially - Just give them 2 weeks , till then keep writing and saving. You get tons of sales at once when all your articles are approved on eza. all the best buddy.

    Thanks for the input :)

I'm fully aware that EZA is the premier place to post your articles.

My purpose for creating this thread is to get insight as to why I get zero clickthroughs from articles posted to Amazines and Goarticles, when Searchwarp provides me with a solid amount of quality clickthroughs.

Well to be honest my CTR on EZA is terrible really. In goarticles and articlebase it was zero for me too. This could be coz ppl who visit those sites are just looking for free content ? Not too sure though....

    Hmm. Could be a possibility.

Anyway, it's truly night and day. I posted the exact same articles to Searchwarp, Goarticles, and Amazines.

15 Articles to each - Within a few days I've had about 200 visitors to the articles on EACH site.

    Goarticles, I've had ZERO clickthroughs,

    Amazines, TWO clickthroughs, and

Searchwarp FIFTY Clickthroughs leading to two sales.

If anyone else can give me some insight as to why this is so day and night, I'd appreciate it. As it stands I'm going to simply abandon Amazines and Goarticles.
