I left siteground last week for media temple because you can host multiple domains from one account, but the downtime has been awful and support takes forever. I heard good things about them in the past - is it just a temporary problem?
Just wanted to follow-up that mt support was awesome. They stayed on the phone with me for about an hour and even called back (you know how that goes) when they said they would. I realize I am talking to myself here but mt rocks.
Grid Server is not the most reliable system out there (still trying to get the technology right) But definitely their support is good ...
