    To learn website design you have to learn so many things like photoshop for design, than HTML of PSD file, so start learning photoshop 1st than HTML, google have lots of material found easy one by self.

    Use w3schools.com as mentioned above. Firstly, learn HTML. Secondly, learn CSS. Then you can start making simple webpages. Then maybe start learning Javascript and working with Photoshop to make graphics for your website.

    php.net best source for information about how to write php scripts. They have forum with tons of code.
    yes, I am suggest to learn w3schools.com - just learn all html tags and try each in a simple .html file.
    You can start writing html in notepad (windows) - this is the best way to learn html.
    Also on youtube you will find latest photoshop lessons.
    I am suggest you to learn html firstly, because you must "know" how to draw in photoshop site structure.

    Also, read this book:
    "The Non-Designer's Design Book"

    For learning web designing you have to first learn Photo shop than HTML and CSS of PSD file.you can learn it from Lynda.com.
