Anyone Have Success With Traffic Exchanges?

I'm looking for new ways to generate targeted traffic to my sites. I've tried a couple of traffic exchanges and while they send traffic, it's not very targeted. Was wondering what your experience has been and whether traffic exchanges are a waste of time. Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

 

These type of programs almost never bring good results.
