Its perfectly good card, I am paying with it for all my net needs, but Adwords keep declining it.

    Anyone have any idea ?

I haven't had any problems. Make sure you're not responding to a phishing email that asks you to update your payment. Otherwise, I'd give them a call.

The only reason Google will refuse to use a card is because you haven't given them the correct information. Just make sure the card name, card number, the security number (see back of the card), and the expiry date are exactly what they are. They're all case sensitive and will "kick out" if you've entered so much as a wrong letter or digit, let alone left one out altogether.
Otherwise, any notice about suspending your ads will be because your available credit figure is less than the amount they've tried charging against it. In case this is likely to happen, though, you can provide Google with a back-up card.

Thanks, I think, I'll contact them. I am pretty sure, I wrote everything right, but could check it again

Try after some time or next day as there may me some systemic problem. also entering cvv no wrong leads to nonacceptance of creditcard.
