    Start from 608 at http://www.addurl.nu/ for PR1

    Im not sure why you would ask for PR1 specifically, its a strange request but maybe you know something that i dont.

    Generally all of them need high PR directory, but why do you need PR 1 directory especially?

    You can go to ur : http://www.directorycritic.com/free-directory-list.html here you can find around 2000 directories. Here, you can also sort directory list by google page rank
