Anyone Have Luck With Xomba.com For Backlinks?

Recently, I've been writing articles on Xomba.com in order to build up links back to my site. Seems like a perfectly good strategy - works well with Associated Content.

However, I noticed recently that none of my articles nor my profile have been crawled by Yahoo. Therefore none of the links show up in Site Explorer going to my site. Google has crawled the articles, but the backlink info from Google never seems to be up to date.

So I was wondering - has anyone else written on the site for this purpose and had any luck? Seeing as the articles are being crawled by Google, I'd assume that Google is counting the backlinks. It just seems weird that Yahoo hasn't crawled any of it.

You probably should check to see if the links on Xomba have a nofollow tag automatically attached to them, as this would negate their value even if they are found by the bots.

Already checked that before I spent the time writing stuff there.

None of the links in the articles have the "nofollow" attribute and there doesn't appear to be any kind of meta tag telling crawlers to ignore the page.
