Anyone have got reversal made on or before Jan 31, or Feb 5 or after

    May be Buyer not attached Shipping Address and PayPal reversed that payment. They might put filter which reverse all payments which doesn't have address! Only PayPal know why they are doing this things even we selecting Goods option.

    Its quite possible that Tax authority of India is also keeping an eye on this kind of financial transactions.
