I've used SocialMedia for promoting CPA offers and it didn't stack up. I tried around 20 different offers targeting the US and international. With 0.10 cent minimum bids and ads shown based on high CTR, I found it difficult to get the right mix. You don't want everyone clicking on your ads so you need to qualify the traffic but then click through rate drops and your ad gets displayed less. I ended up being break even or a negligible profit on most of the offers I tried.

Its reasonably straightforward to use. No need to worry about quality score or keywords or any of that stuff. Just write your ad or use a banner, pick your application, country to target and you're away. Applications to choose from include bebo, myspace, facebook and there maybe a couple others.

Apparently the main audience is females 18-25 years so if you have a killer offer for that demographic give it a shot.
