How do "you" find popular niches?? Please don't say my hobbies because I'm in it for the $$$$.. I want to slap up about 10 sites and monetize each one but don't know how to find the sites to slap up....I have everything beyond that down to a science but i seem to lack the skills to locate those niches....any help would be awesome..

I hate to break it to you, but you're question is like asking McDonalds to give out their secrets on how they pick store locations.

That said, my advice is to build a few websites and then learn from your experience. See what sites make money and try to determine the factors that contribute to the success. It won't take more than a year or two before you have a good list of filters each niche has to pass.

It actually takes work to make money so you might want to just skip building web sites and move on to selling on eBay or flipping houses. ;)

The whole point of a niche site is it's something "you" are already knowledgable about. If your thinking your going to "slap" up 10 websites and start making money your totally wrong. If it was that simple we would all be at home doing it and no one would work an actual job. Do research into things you already know about, see how they can be monitized properly. Remember, over 90% of websites fail, don't be a statistic!

It may not be a niche market, but you can take a look at popular keyword searches with Google trends. Try and find a popular trend in one area of keywords and try and focus on a niche market it may represent.

hmmm ! as its stated that its no about the perfect formula to find out what works or what doesn't ...... you will never know for yourself if you don't track your own performance.....

and as far as Niches are concerned you can see the search " popular search trends" or you can find some high paying keywords and compare them for search results and then choose one with less compitition in the start " keyword that is"

    Use this link :

    https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

this is google keyword selection tool this will help you pointing you in the right direction ...

I hope this helps ... if it does don't forget to add + Rep

    Thanks & Regards
