How do "you" find popular niches?? Please don't say my hobbies because I'm in it for the $$$$.. I want to slap up about 10 sites and monetize each one but don't know how to find the sites to slap up....I have everything beyond that down to a science but i seem to lack the skills to locate those niches....any help would be awesome..

I made a lens about finding the latest trends and related keywords. It may be helpful for you.

    Latest Trends and keywords

Although I wouldn't just go out and make a bunch of MFA sites, it is helpful to finding out what people are searching for and to give you good ideas on what to make for a site.

Watching the news and reading the newspaper is a great way to find niches.

If your in it for the money then follow the dollars... In general you want to stick with broad evergreen markets and find a sub-niche within the broader niche. Think of problems people always want solved or are always striving for.

Many of these markets are considered to competitive, but if you drill down abit you can find certain market segments were the competition is thin. For example, take the weight loss niche. Here are 2 segments - Guys who want to lose many boobs. Women who want to lose weight in 30 days for their wedding day, etc.

    Hope this helps.

    Be well.

If you want to make money, then go after the following niches:

    Mesothelioma
    Structured Settlement
    Online Poker

Get those three and you'll be swimming in cash...of course everybody else that's only in it for money is doing it too lol.

There's your answer. Now go away so people who are actually in this to learn and do something they like can ask for help.

Have a look at yahoo answers or 43things.com and look at the most popular problems/questions.
