Anyone have a top 10 list(or so) of best pay advertising sites to sign on to?

I was curious which sites give you the best bang for your buck?

I suggest you go in for contextual ads like Adwords. There's nothing like completely targeted traffic.

Maybe I am asking the wrong way... what I am looking for is a couple of sites that charge for advertising with them but provide good results(ie. ROI- return on investment)
