There is a platform called Ning that enables you to create your own social network:

"Ning is the only online service where you can create, customize, and share your own Social Network for free in seconds.
You can make it public or private and for anything - and anyone - you'd like."

If your planning on marketing your site on these properties, I would steer clear.... been hearing rumors of them cracking down on marketers... heard something about jail time for breaking some kind of law they can get you on.. don't know the details.. but very scary stuff. i was tempted myself, but just not worth if from what i've been hearing.

Why have you said you think it is called zooped.com when you actually know it is. If it were not then your username or signature would not be promoting zooped.

Wasn't Space Promoter (MySpace bot thingy) shut down the other
day? A $300 program wiped out by MySpace's lawyers - so if you
are going to go there, make sure you're within the TOS. They ARE
making changes and coming after spammers.
