Hey guys, I wanted to ask if anyone has had a bad experience buying a revenue generating web site. Maybe the adsense dollars were less than expected, traffic started dying off 3 months after you bought it, you spend much more time on it than you like, or the CPC campaigns cost more than what the seller told you. Since web sites supposedly carry a higher risk than conventional businesses this is what I expect to hear about, but I haven't read much of this going on. If this type of stuff does not happen that often then the risk level seems much lower than the market is accounting for and these web sites are simply excellent deals In any case please share any bad experiences you've had when buying a site. Wow I'm impressed. Someone has to have had SOMETHING though, like a traffic dropoff (from a competing website or something like that) That's why these sites are so cheap am I right?
Well if the traffic drops after 3 months its not really sellers fault. You cant really predict these things... But yea, personally never had any problems.
