Anyone has Xbox 360? I need to ask one simple question.

I bought my XBOX 360 from someone today, and he had the wierd AV cable he gave me which doesnt fit in my TV. He had a bigger TV so i think he needed a different cable.

Well i was wondering what is that AV cable called?

You know the cables... red, yellow, white..

I only got RED, YELLOW, and WHITE slots in my TV... so let me know what kind of cable i need to get for this xbox 360 so it will work on my TV.

It will be better if you give me a link on EBAY for the item aswell.

    THANKS ALOT!

If your AV cable has 6 leads,

red, yellow, white - green, blue, red?

    then you just plug the

red, yellow, white in and then flick the hdtv off on the part where you plug that cable into the xbox.

Ok, you just plug the three normal ones in which are yellow, red, white and on the end of the cable where it plugs into the Xbox 360 there should be a small switch which is either for hdtv or normal.

Easier if you just get a new HDTV, 50" or bigger recommended.

Turn your tv and xbox on and try putting each wire into the yellow socket, if you don't see anything onscreen then you may need to buy a new wire.
