anyone has instruction of MagpieRss installation

    I have downloaded Magpie to install it,
    in the downloaded file there is no instruction on how to install,
    a read me file, but does not have any instruction,

    the link on the magpierss site for installation instruction does not work,

    How do I install MagpieRSS?
