Anyone has experience with Prahost

    I am thinking of getting a EU server. I am now thinking about Prahost

    Does anyone here has experience with them.

    I've been with another hosting sometime in the Netherlands and they reply almost after 5 hours after I have submit an urgent ticket. This is not quite acceptable to me.
