Anyone has any experience with paypal limitations?

    Alright I will post the full and true storry here.

    ->I have got $120-$130 in my paypal account.
    ->My friend asks me to lend him $110 as he needed to buy something.
    ->I do but he realizes the sale has been closed and returns me the money.
    ->Within seconds I and him receive a mail from paypal saying our accounts are limited and they need more information, they asked me to - >
    1) Provide Credit Card(DONE)
    2) Address proof(DONE)
    3) They are asking for inventory proof of my 5 RANDOM transactions, the first three are froma script I sold and the other 2 for small stuff I did for people @ messenger...how am I supposed to provide proof of it?

    ->To solve it I first sent them a mail through "Contact Us", I provided the URL where I sold my script, thats the proof of first 3 transactions, then I told them that they can confirm the OTHER two from the people who paid me itself. I have sent them same mail 5 times. But all I get is rubbish AUTOMATED replies. There is no option to post any text to them in the case, just an option to upload PICTURES with inventory proof. I even typed all the text into a picture and uploaded but no response to it. Its almost 6 days and I am really messed up, I need to use my money badly. If anyone can help me I can pay him some amount too.

    Utility bill is for address proof, and I have mentioned it, just did not say Utility bill

    this is the problem with pp. any transaction above the $50 mark comes under the scanner... it think it is an automated process or something...

    The only true way to solve a PayPal problem is by contacting PayPal themselves since no one other than yourself and PayPal can discuss specific details and issues about your account.

    Done

    Than you say 'stupid hell **** **** **' but it's paypal.. they only want money from their users...

    I knew the paypal call functionality but I dont have an international calling facility phone...DAMN MTNL. Anyways I found the Skype no. and ma friend gave me his headphones+mic as mine were broken, will call them but later coz: 4:00 AM PST to 10:00 PM PST Monday through Friday

    DAMN...the first time I called the guy said that they will look into it, I shall call them after 5 days or so, but i needed to use money before, so I thought I should call again, this time the agent who took the phone keep on asking me to FAX an invoice of those transactions..I am saying I dont have any, it was digital item...but she doesnt get it! What should I do?

    Did it just now, she said that she understood me and has submitted my explanation for reviewing, she said that i will get an email in 24-48 hours and I hope thats true, I am glad this happened but still PAYPAL SUX, they only want to take our money, we pay them for every transaction but they want more, I have provded credit card + I am verified + I have provided address proof and driving license, yet they are trying to steal my money....., its 6 days since account is limited and I need my money DAMN BADLY!!!

    Do not worry, you money will not be lost. If your account limitations are not removed then you will have to wait 180 days to withdraw money from your Paypal account to your Bank account.

    But still you will have to wait for 180 days which is a long time. I really wish your account should not be limited.

    a) How can I take money from paypal after 180 days?
    b) Apart from needing my money i. e. buying things, I also need to TAKE money, I mean I have got some buyers for my other stuff, I am not gonna trust paypal anymore if they do not remove limitation but my buyers are all for paypal...should I make another account? For getting payment.
    c) Any idea which other payment processor I should go with?

    If they limit your account indefinitely then they will allow you to withdraw only after 180 days to your Bank Account or via Cheque. In case you are in India then you can withdraw to your Bank Account directly.

    One more thing is if they do not remove limitation then you can go ahead and refund your buyers and ask them to send the payment to another Paypal Account.

    Other Payment Processors are Moneybookers and Alertpay..

    Moneybookers is gaining some speed so I would recommend them.

    Means I login back after 180 days and I will see a link to redeem ma bucks?

    They wont limit my other account if I make one? Same ip....

    I know I have moneybookers + $2 in it ;) Thanks for alll your help!

    Contact paypal to refund your money to old client
    Then contact old client to sent back to your other paypal account or your friend

    Hope this can solve your problem to get your money back

    maybe you did not get me, I know that! The problem is wont paypal limit the other account too? Being on the same IP
