    I met with Biz Dev / Publisher Dev in SF a couple years ago. Great company with high quality Publishers! Most of their advertisers are highly branded.

    NetShelter is looking for high quality technology / gadget / mobile websites. In the past, they required you sign an exclusive deal with them - meaning NetShelter is the only network who can monetize your inventory.
